The projected object is going to be multifunctional. The group of pavilions will constitute the local commercial-service-recreational center which programme will serve the local people of the existing and rising housing estates in Pasternik, but also the external customers because of its location close to the transit traffic route. The individual pavilions are going to serve different functions. The area of the center is expected to be divided into the supermarket, the bank, the chemist’s, the post office, the group of restaurants and cafes, and the sport-recreational center made up of the swimming pool, the bowling center, the internal tennis courts, SPA center with the gym, saunas, fitness, solariums, and massage therapy rooms.

The project predicts the series of commercial-service-office areas to rent. These areas will function according the programme of the center and to the customers’ needs.
