The complex consists of five one-storey, three naves each and 30 meters wide pavilions. The central nave of each pavilion has the hall to serve the communicational needs, the side aisles/naves serve the practical functions. All five pavilions are linked with the passage providing the convenient motion of customers between individual parts of the center. The whole object is adjusted for the handicapped. It is a one-storey building to which each entrance is accessible from the level of the area. The toilets of the each pavilion are fitted with proper facilities adapted to handicapped.

The suggested scheme of the rooms in the commercial-service premises is not the final solution and can be modified. Because of that, there is a possibility of adjusting the internal building to the needs of the range of carried activities.
